Our experience in the conceptual and planning stages of projects has made our firm a desired partner from the outset. Western Mechanical has provided Design, Engineering and Consulting Services on numerous projects. Our input during this critical phase assists owners, architects and engineers with practical experience from the field. Periodic meetings as the design progresses provide a spirit of cooperation that flows through the construction process. This cooperative effort provides a true spirit of teamwork and establishes the groundwork for a successful project.

Western Mechanical has invested in QuickPen Pipe Designer and NavisWorks. These powerful 3-D software applications allow us to coordinate installations with other trades easily. NavisWorks detects design interferences and allows the user to "Fly Through" the systems to ensure proper clearances. Pipe Designer's database uses manufacturer's specs for pipe, fittings, equipment and specialties. Integration to our QuickPen AutoBid estimating system provides labor and material cost data for evaluation, bill of material reports for our purchasing and spool sheets for our fabrication shop.
